-
ALTA/ASCM Survey

- For larger pieces of land, when financing and/or purchasing commercial
property, this type of survey is the most useful.
-
GPS (Global positioning survey)
- Used
in the event of great distances, and when knowledge the relative geographic placement
is needed . This is the most
precise type of survey.
-
Aerial Control Survey
- This survey is useful for viewing large tracts of
land if the property is easily viewed from above, or if your situation has
specific time constraints.

When we complete the project for you, and you would like it to be further passed
over to other professionals, we create the documents accordingly. We prepare the documents in CADD, so it can be easily read and of use to the other
professionals, such as the following:
-
Engineers
- The engineers job, whether civil, mechanical or
structural, will use the surveys to read the property levels and create a
firm structure, inside and out, according to the layout of the land.
-
-
Landscape Architects
- Using the land surveys, a landscape
architect can look at the topography of the land and create a beautiful land
design for your home or business.
-
- Architects
- Once the engineers have formed an idea of how much
weight an area can hold, what pipes, utility lines, etc. are already there,
the actual design and construction of the building can begin. The
architects provide the blueprints for what the final structure will look
like.
