A survey consists of
information gathered from
the land records, zoning regulations, topography of the land, utility
requirements, location of existing structures, property lines, and soil
investigation.
No two projects are the same. Our experience allows us to pick the right
method to use for any given site. Based on the nature of your project
and what type of services you need we determine how best to proceed.
The most advanced high tech method is not necessarily the best option.

For example, Aerial Photography can be used to lessen the amount of man-hours
required in the field, and therefore save the client money. If the site is
largely covered with vegetation however, it would not be cost effective because
there would be many hours of supplemental fieldwork required. These pros
and cons are important to keep in mind. |
